PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TOGETHER WITH YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION, THE “AGREEMENT”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN , KAROUSEL COLLECTIVE JEWELLERY (PTY) LTD (“WE”) AND YOU. BY PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH US, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE TERM “PRODUCT” MEANS THE ITEMS DESCRIBED IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION.

This website is operated by Karousel Collective Jewellery (Pty) Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KCJ. KCJ offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 1- Online Store Merchandise

 By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Section 2- General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

• Order Acceptance and Cancellation. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under the terms of this Agreement, the Product. We must accept all orders and are not obligated to sell Product to you until we have accepted your order. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email.
• Prices. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on our website – www.karouselcollective.com, or otherwise communicated on our social media accounts or elsewhere are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The price charged for the Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set forth in your Sales Order. If there is a clear price error, we reserve the right to not sell the Product at a financial loss to KCJ. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include shipping and any tax fees for international orders ( KCJ is not responsible for this). We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

• Shipping and handling charges and International Charges (if applicable) are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of the Product. All charges will be added to the total price for the Product and will be set forth on your Sales Order. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
• We will arrange for shipment of the Product to you. You will pay all shipping and handling charges and international charges (if applicable). Title to the Product passes to you upon our transfer of the Products to the courier for delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon hand over to the courier.  We will insure all shipments of the Products from loss or damage that occurs during shipping. You must open all packages immediately upon receipt of the Product to verify that the Product is undamaged. If the Product is damaged, you must make a claim with us within twenty four (24) hours of the delivery date. To make a claim, please contact info@karouselcollective.com Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
• Returns/Exchanges. Our return and exchange policy is available on our site and we reserve the right to update, amend or revise this policy in our discretion.
• Repairs and Resizing. Our policy regarding repairs and resizing is available on our site and we reserve the right to update, amend or revise this policy in our discretion.
• Billing Inaccuracies or Errors. Our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
• Personal Information. You understand that your information (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
• Products or Services. Our website is updated monthly and therefore certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.
  We have worked to display items as accurately as possible, with regard to colours and images of the finished product. We cannot guarantee that no fluctuations may occur due to factors such as: handwork, variations in natural gemstones and monitor display settings.
• Reserved Rights. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, but are not obligated, to limit or cancel the sale of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Customer Rights. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
