We primarily manufacture in 9ct gold (rose, yellow and white). However, special requests may be discussed with our team.
Our aim is to make jewellery accessible to everyone. Our main product line is manufactured in 9ct gold.
Certain ranges will be availble in silver such as our Charmed Collective Range.

We strongly recommend that you know your size prior to ordering. We have a size guide to assist.
You have 24 hours to contact us with such requests. After an order is in production, changes may not be made.
We only offer credit on stock items. Personalised and custom designs are made to order and therefore not eligible for a refund. If there is any issue with your personalised piece, please contact us immediately.
We offer a complimentary 30 day limited guarantee on all fine jewellery purchases within South Africa
This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones (smaller than .10 ct each), broken clasps, and/or broken chain.
This guarantee does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches,
dents, stretched chains, misshapen and/or bent bands or bangles, or cracked stones. Pieces that are resized, lost or stolen are not covered by our warranty.
Yes, anything is possible but there will be an additional fee for this of up to R1000.
A credit may be applied to the value of the gold. We do not melt and use the gold, unless under specific circumstances, due to porosity and weakening of the gold.
Yes, we love working on custom designs with jewellery that is outdated or broken.
