Shipping

Note: Please provide detailed address and contact information, Karousel Collective will not be held responsible for extra costs should a product be returned to us due to incorrect delivery information. We request you ship to a location that is permanent, as we can not assist with packages delivered to hotels that you are no longer at or reroute packages that have been delivered to previous addresses. 

WHERE TO AND HOW MUCH?

  • Door to Door Delivery to main centers anywhere in South Africa is R180 and this will include insurance for items under R900.
  • If you live in an outlying area such as a farm or plot, the shipping charge will be R350.
  • International orders are available please email info@karouselcollective.com for a quote
  • International Shipping charges DO NOT include duties and taxes which may be assessed by your local tax authority and will be charged directly to the receiver. International orders are FINAL SALE.
  • Please note if you have ordered the incorrect size or want to exchange your jewellery item, you will be liable to cover the shipping cost to return and resend a new item. 

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

  • Once payment has been received in full, production will take place.
  • Please allow for a 3 to 4 week timeline for custom designs or items not in stock.
  • If an item is in stock, shipping will be completed in 3-5 business days from the time your order has been placed.
  • Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

CAN I COME COLLECT?

Yes collection is available in the Johannesburg Area. You can select this option at checkout and we will provide you with collection details once your order is ready.

LEAD TIME

In stock items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days (sometimes we do encounter delays).

Personalised items that are MADE TO ORDER take 4-6 weeks  This is an estimated time frame and does not include shipping to us or to you.  Please give yourself extra time if your personalised piece is a gift.  We can experience delays with shipping, so this is why this time frame is estimated and can be longer
